Was up, Are you busy? Don't worry this will be quick.I wanted to share how CBD helped my acne issues and just maybe it will help your acne issues too. If you don't like reading checkout the video!

So about 4 years ago, early morning, I just finished walking Panda. Panda is my dog baby. I walk him every morning, even when its raining. If I don't he eyes me down for hours. I think you can relate!

Anyways after I finished walking Panda I took a glanced into the mirror. Yoooooo….I did NOT like what I saw. My forehead was covered in small little acne bumps. It was a mixture of whiteheads, blackheads and sadly acne scars. I'm pretty sure it was stress related and using overly drying products. Products I thought would get rid of the acne. Have you ever had this issue? After researching PH level of skin, I realize my skin is healthy when it has a certain PH level. Thats where CBD oil came in. I began using St. Jane CBD oil, but it was to strong for my skin. Tooooo many ingredients mixed together was not beneficial for my skin. It seemed to cause me to breakout more! It's best to keep it simple to prevent allergic reactions. Glow Skin Face Serum keeps it simple. Below is the breakdown of how CBD helps stop and heal acne, or if you have time watch this 5 minute video!

First you have to know what is CBD?
Cannabidiol, or CBD, is the lesser-known child of the cannabis sativa plant; its more famous sibling, tetrahydrocannabinol, or THC, is the active ingredient in pot that catapults users’ “high.”

How does it help your acne?
Acne is created from over production of sebum, and clogged pores.  The pores become clogged from dirt, ingrown hairs, and pollutants.
  • CBD oil has anti-inflammatory properties. CBD  triggers an anti-inflammatory reaction in the cells and prevented inflammatory cytokines from activating. Cytokines  trigger acne, so reducing them may help prevent further breakouts.
  • CBD oil also reduces production of sebum by regulating human sebocytes. Sebocytes are cells that create sebum.
  • A study  by The George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences, Washington, DC, using 504 respondents, found that 88.8% support the use of medical cannabis for dermatologic diseases and many already are doing so even without guidance from a dermatologist.
How about you go to the next level and use the Glow Skin Face serum or Rich skin face serum? The proof is in the pudding!
Don't take it from me, They agree cbd oil is good for acne!
