Hi Chinenyem,
The updates we're proudest of are often the ones that quietly remove friction from something you were already doing. This month has a few of those. A new formula editor that enables you to write proper expressions and makes complex calculations feel as natural as the rest of the form builder. And submission PDFs that now flow automatically into your email notifications and integrations.
Here's what's new.
|
Formula editor
Until now, conditional logic calculations were limited to simple operations like add, subtract, multiply, divide, or assign. With the new formula editor, you can write proper expressions to power your calculated fields.
|
What you can do:
-
Combine multiple operations in one go like (@price * @quantity) - @discount instead of chaining a bunch of separate logic steps
-
Concatenate text for text-based calculated fields like @first_name + " " + @last_name
-
Reference fields with @ mentions to pull in any input field, calculated field, or hidden field
|
Submission PDFs: now in email notifications and integrations
We launched PDF exports from submissions last month. Since then, we've extended it in two ways: you can now have a PDF automatically attached to your email notifications, and pass the PDF download link through your integrations.

More improvements
-
Improved accessibility (a11y) support for respondents: we audited every field type in the form-filling experience and closed a number of gaps. Ranking fields now support keyboard reordering, validation errors are announced to screen readers, and date, time, and phone number fields all work correctly without a mouse.
- If you're part of multiple workspaces, your dashboard can get long fast. You can now collapse workspaces you don't need in view, so you can focus on what's relevant without the scroll.
-
Our font picker now has search. No more scrolling past hundreds of options to find the one you actually wanted. (It's Inter, isn't it.)
