Just a quick follow-up as you begin planning for the 2026–2027 recruiting year at Indiana Wesleyan University!
If you’re hoping to build stronger visibility and meaningful student connections at IWU, now is a great time to begin mapping out your recruiting strategy. Our partners who see the strongest engagement on our campus are typically those who show up consistently throughout the year through fairs, Cove visits, unique events and classroom partnership, advertising, and ongoing relationship-building across industries and disciplines.
We’d love to help you think strategically about the best fit for your goals, hiring needs, and target majors as you plan ahead for the upcoming academic year.
Feel free to reply directly to this email or contact us anytime at lifecallingcareer@indwes.edu to start the conversation. See below for all your option this coming year!

Start with a Strategy!
Rather than one-off events, we encourage employers to think in terms of bundled engagement:
- Attend a career fair (or two!)
- Pair it with a Cove or academic building recruiting day on the opposite semester
Stay in front of students throughout the year:
These options work best when layered alongside your in-person engagement, reinforcing your presence over time.

Daily Campus Recruiting at The Cove The Cove is our central hub for employer–student interaction in the Barnes Student Center.
This is where relationships are built! We strongly encourage pairing your fair registration with a Cove recruiting day to:
- Deepen connections beyond the career fair
- Increase visibility before or after your visit
- Create interactive, student-centered experiences (resume reviews, mock interviews, conversations, and more)
If you’re hoping to connect more directly with students in a specific field, we can also help you host your visit within an academic building aligned with your industry. Employers who show up in multiple spaces consistently see stronger pipelines and more meaningful engagement.
Interested? First step: send us an email at lifecallingcareer@indwes.edu to schedule a day to visit. First come, first serve! Once a date is confirmed, you will complete your reservation with payment here.
